The BC Council for International Education (BCCIE) is a learner-driven, non-government agency funded by the province of British Columbia. BCCIE represents the province's public and accredited private K-12, post-secondary, career college and language institutions to international learners around the world. BCCIE is committed to advancing the international education interests of the province of British Columbia.

BCCIE offers quality professional development events annually for international education practitioners, networking events and forums, sector-wide advocacy, and system-wide advertising and marketing opportunities. BCCIE works closely with the provincial government to ensure that the international education sector thrives as a value proposition for the sector itself as well as for both domestic and international students. Event planning and research activities mesh well with its traditional and ongoing support for the marketing and internationalization of the sector.
