Call for Papers: SEAMEO International Conference 2026 • BCCIE

The SEAMEO RETRAC International Conference 2026, co-hosted by ABIE, BCCIE, and CBIE, is taking place October 14-15, 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The theme of this year’s conference is: Advancing Excellence in Higher Education Leadership and Management: Toward AI Driven Practice and Innovation.

Sub-Themes:

Educational policy, leadership, management and administration
Innovative teaching, personalized learning and inclusion in the AI and digitalization era
Design, implementation and assessment of emerging and innovative technologies
Curriculum design and assessment
Quality assurance and accreditation in higher education

Abstract Submissions

The Conference Organizing Committee is accepting abstract submissions for the conference. Abstracts should be submitted to internationalconference@vnseameo.org by August 31, 2026.
