Ministers Whiteside (Education) and Kang (Advanced Education and Skills Training) signed the first ever education-related MOU with the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training on Nov. 22. This new partnership will bring benefits for students, educators and families in both jurisdictions and greater diversity to education programs.
