2027-2029 Immigration Levels Plan

Every year, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) engages with stakeholders, partners, and members of the public from across Canada to help inform the development of the next Immigration Levels Plan.

The 2027-2029 Immigration Levels Plan has just been announced.

IRCC also released the 2026 Annual Report to Parliament on Immigration, as well as the final report on the 2026 consultations on immigration levels.
