Learn how to use WES’s proven evaluation methods and techniques as well as the latest tools and resources to help you evaluate international credentials from Iran and Nigeria. Delivered by experienced international credential evaluators, over two mornings, this hands-on workshop will hone your evaluation skills and give you the insights you need to help you streamline your admissions processes and make efficient and reliable admissions decision for your institution.
NOTES:
- Purchase of a single-day admission is not available for this event. Day one will focus on undergraduate admissions followed by training on graduate admissions on day two.

Presenters:
Aditi Kadakia, Director of Global Business Operations
Aditi has been at WES since 2011 and has a broad background in credential evaluation. She specializes in the education systems of Commonwealth countries, including India, and the application of WES evaluation methodology. Aditi is a lead trainer for both internal staff and external workshops at conferences and education institutions in the U.S. and Canada. She is a returned Peace Corps volunteer (Mozambique, 2008–2010) and a graduate of the University of Rochester.
Ari Mihael, Quality Assurance Director
Ari specializes in the educational systems of France, India, and the Middle East, and document authenticity and verification. He has presented at numerous conferences, including NAFSA, and led several WES workshops and webinars. Ari studied at Tel Aviv University, CUNY Graduate School, and New York University.
Dragana Borenovic Dilas, Documentation Specialist Team Lead
Dragana is a documentation specialist team lead at World Education Services (WES). In her role, she works to identify secure and legitimate sources for electronic document delivery, establishes procedures for documenting and authenticating electronic academic records, and conducts training on the processing of digital documents. Dragana holds a bachelor’s degree in the history and theory of art and literature from Jacobs University Bremen in Germany, and a master’s degree in the history of art from the University of Michigan. She has written country education profiles and articles on digital credentials for World Education News & Reviews (WENR) and EAIE’s Forum magazine.
Mini Gu, Manager, Policy Analysis
Mini specializes in the education systems of China and Commonwealth countries in Africa and the Caribbean, and in the evaluation of credentials from these countries. She has written and presented on China’s education system, the country’s academic publishing market, and Sino-African higher education exchange. She holds a master’s degree from the Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree from Fudan University in Shanghai, China. Mini is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Yeganeh Khonsari, Policy Analyst
Yeganeh specializes in the analysis and evaluation of credentials from the Middle East and Francophone countries. Before joining WES in 2014, she worked as a language instructor with international students. Yeganeh holds a master’s degree in English literature from the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris 3, and a bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from Islamic Azad University in Iran. Yeganeh speaks Farsi, English, and French.
