Together with the Japan-Canada Tourism Association, Destination BC and the BC Trade and Investment Representative Office in Japan, BCCIE participated in a pair of seminars in Tokyo today to promote educational tours in BC to local teachers and tour operators. Pictured below is BCCIE's Associate Director, External Relations, leading a presentation to a room full of guests.

Over 60 local teachers and tour operators listened intently to presentations touching on BC's education system, the broad range of host institutions across the province and educational tourism activities that allow students to experience the diverse beauty, culture, geography, history and economy of BC.
