Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) is happy to announce the launch of the competition for the Organization of American States (OAS) Academic Scholarships Program. The OAS offers scholarships to Canadian students for study or research at the Master’s or PhD level that lead to a degree at a university or educational institution in an OAS Member State.
