Developing a Win-Win Set of Criteria When Selecting Strategic Partners
In the increasingly complex world of international higher education, institutions are seeking strategic partnerships to increase and improve their global reach, to streamline their processes, to create bandwidth and save time, and to better support their students. For every single institution, there is a different profile of needs, of values, of objectives, and of gaps. The success of these partnerships hinges on the careful selection of partners who truly understand and align with the institution’s values, goals, and standards.
