Webinar: From Global to Local: Key Findings Shaping British Columbia’s International Education
We’re excited to invite you to a special session that takes a deep dive into national and provincial-level student perceptions and demand trends.
This event will unveil key findings from IDP’s latest Emerging Futures 8: Voice of the International Student research, launched globally on October 15. This new wave of insights explores the motivations, preferences, and satisfaction levels of most prospective international students across major source markets.
The research reflects the voices of 7,922 students from 134 countries and regions, encompassing undergraduate, postgraduate and vocational studies within the higher education sector.
For the first time, IDP will share data on:
- Student awareness of prestigious university groups (U15, Group of 8, Ivy League, Russell Group)
- Occupation shortage lists
- Transnational education (TNE) options
You’ll also gain provincial-level insights, revealing how students decide which province to study in across Canada.
