Workshop 1- Recognizing and Responding to Trauma in the Classroom: A Guide for Educators

In this interactive 2-hour workshop, educators will learn how to identify signs of trauma and emotional distress in students, focusing on subtle non-verbal cues, behavioral shifts, and common indicators. Through role-playing, observational exercises, and scenario analysis, participants will explore how trauma impacts student behavior and engagement. By the end of the session, educators will gain practical strategies to better support students in need, fostering a safer and more responsive learning environment.
