Webinar | IRCC & BC PNP Winter Update 2023
We are currently seeking approval for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). We will update this section once this has been confirmed.
BCCIE is pleased to invite our international education colleagues to a webinar session presented by IRCC and British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). IRCC representatives will focus on pathways to permanent residency, provide updates on the 2021 National Occupation Classification, and give public policy updates. BC PNP representatives will share program updates including the expanded eligibility for the International Post-Graduate stream and eligibility without an indeterminate job offer for university professors and lecturers. They will also explain the changes to the Skills Immigration (SI) scoring to support talent attraction and retention to the regions.
BCCIE encourages attendees to submit questions via the registration form below. This will help ensure the information presented meets your needs. Please note that the speakers will be unable to address case-specific enquiries, or questions about future special measures that have not yet been announced. The information in the presentation is as up to date as the date it is presented on; for updated information on immigration and policies, please visit IRCC and BC PNP websites. This presentation will be recorded, with the exclusion of the Q&A portion.
