[This information session is pending for approval of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). Information on credit approval will be shared upon confirmation.]

Join Sarah Finall from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and Richard Klassen and Penny Chau from the Immigration Programs Branch of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) for updates regarding recent interim measures introduced by the federal and provincial governments due to COVID-19 and how they affect international students.

Our presenters will explain and clarify information on the Government of Canada’s website about recent amendments to travel restrictions and their implications on study permits, post-graduation work permits, and provincial immigration programs.

Please note that the speakers will be unable to address case-specific enquiries, or questions about future special measures that have not yet been announced.

This will be a one-hour presentation followed by a 30-minute Q & A session.
