Education Agent Management Masterclass 2
Help your team forge more effective agent relationships and recruit better-fit international students.
Education agents play a critical role in supporting your students on their journey. In this current capped environment, it is more important than ever that your relationships with them are strong, mutually beneficial, and reflect best practices. Building on the successful half-day Education Agent Management Masterclass held in January, BCCIE is once again teaming up with education consultancy Edified to offer a second half-day workshop.
This training will provide a deeper dive into education agent management, equipping your teams with advanced strategies to build effective and successful agent relationships and achieve better results at every stage.
This masterclass is suitable for all practitioners, whether they participated in the first workshop or are joining for the first time. It is advised that participants have some previous experience with agent management to get the most out of the activities and learning.
Masterclass participants will develop their knowledge and skills through social learning activities, case studies, role-playing and individual work. They will also develop practical tools through the updated accompanying workbook, which contains interactive tasks, templates, tips, and ideas covering every stage of the agent partnership lifecycle. With this toolkit, your staff will be equipped to apply their learning straight after the training.
Participants will leave the training with the skills to:
- Build strong relationships with education agents and mitigate risks in sub-agent relationships
- Develop transparent, equitable and motivating collaborative plans that drive ethical practices
- Understand what support education agents really value and where efforts should be placed inside their organization*
- Utilize structured review processes and reward schemes to achieve sustainable recruitment performance
*This will form the main part of the training and will focus on how the support provided to education agents impacts the prospective student experience at each stage of their journey to the institution. Participants will leave with a roadmap to enhance their institution’s prospective student experience leading to the recruitment of better-fit students.
The training is delivered in an interactive Zoom workshop format, facilitated by Edified experts with more than 20 years of hands-on experience working with education agents and based on extensive research in the UK, Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, and Canada to identify global best practice.
