China International Education Exhibition Tour 2020

To assist Canadian education institutions wishing to recruit quality Chinese students, the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) at the Embassy and Consulates General of Canada in China, is pleased to invite you to exhibit in the EduCanada Pavilion at the China International Education Exhibition Tour 2020 (CIEET) from March 21 – March 29, 2020.
Hosted by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) under Ministry of Education, the CIEET is a prominent international student recruitment fair with more than 20 years history. Over 40 Canadian institutions exhibited in the CIEET 2019. On the occasion of celebrating 50th anniversary of Canada-China diplomatic relations, the Embassy of Canada in Beijing will organize another EduCanada pavilion at CIEET 2020, with an official welcome area staffed by Trade and Immigration officers from the Embassy and Consulates General of Canada. In addition to hosting the EduCanada Pavilion, the Trade Commissioner Service of Canada is also planning some value-added activities on the margins of the CIEET to help Canadian institutions maximize their recruitment result and partnership development.
Highlights of the CIEET 2020
-New exhibition venue Beijing Exhibition Center will be used for Beijing stop, which is closer to Haidian District where many top secondary schools and universities are located
-EduCanada Pavilion exhibitor will enjoy a complimentary entry to the China Study Abroad Forum hosted by CSCSE on Friday, March 20, 2020
-A new exhibition area in Beijing for Foreign China jointly run programs. CIEET organizer will also plan B to B sessions for foreign institutions to discuss potential collaboration on university/college pathway programs and joint programs.
-Eligible Canadian exhibitors will have the opportunity to submit promotion materials for possible promotion through embassy's official social media channels.
-Canadian Trade Commissioner Service will be available in all five locations of CIEET. Beijing, Qingdao, Chengdu, Shanghai and Guangzhou, to help you with market assessment, contact introduction and trouble shooting.
The TCS has secured a block of exhibition space for the EduCanada Pavilion. However, booth availability is limited, and we expect demand to be high. To reserve a booth for your institution in the Canada Pavilion, please complete the attached registration form in PDF format ASAP and no later than March 1, 2020.
