AMPEI/ANUIES/FIMPES 2024 Conference

Building on the success of past participation in BC and Mexico with AMPEI (Asociación Mexicana para la Educación Internacional), BCCIE is inviting Presidents and Heads of International from BC to join a delegation for the 2024 conference to further engage and strengthen the bilateral academic exchanges with Mexican institutions. Conference registration is free.

This year’s conference will take place November 12-14 in Chiapas, and for the first time ever will be a joint conference between AMPEI, ANUIES (The National Association of Universities and Higher Education Institutions) and FIMPES (The National Association for Private Universities), which will bring high-level stakeholders in Mexico altogether to discuss global issues and opportunities.  This is a unique opportunity to have all key players in higher education in Mexico in one place, and there is great potential for new partnerships and connections.

Over 300 participants, including government officials and higher education representatives, will attend this year’s conference with 70-80 Mexican university presidents in attendance. BCCIE is organizing additional value-added events to offer BC institutions more opportunities to connect and explore partnerships with institutions from Mexico and Latin America.
