2024 Enquiry Experience Tracker: BC Information and Co-design Session
The Enquiry Experience Tracker (EET) project is a global study run by Edified every year for higher education providers. The purpose of the research is to help institutions understand how well they handle enquiries from prospective international students, and how they compare to their competitors locally and globally. Our clients have found the research and combination of local and global benchmarks have given them valuable insights into their operations as well as how they can improve their enquiry experience – our reports give practical advice on how to better support conversion of leads to applications.
Our 2023 research saw an increase in Canadian institutions with 29 across the country participating and 128 institutions worldwide.
Edified is offering a co-creation session for BC institutions to explain the project and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you have as well as provide input into the project personas for this year, and any sector specific information we should know.
What you’ll gain from attending this session:
- Overview of the Enquiry Experience Tracker research methodology
- Summary of global and Canadian insights from the 2023 research
- See an example of an institution report
- An opportunity for BC institutions to participate in the 2024 research round
- A chance to have input into the inquiry channels, personas and inquiry topics to be included in the 2024 research
There will also be a time for Q&A at the end.
This session will be hosted by:
- Elyse Pipitone, Consultant at Edified
