18th Sino-Canada School International Education Fair

We sincerely invite you to participate in the annual Sino-Canada School International Education Fair, which will be held on November 1, 2024, at No. 1 Kangli Blvd, Wujiang District, Suzhou.

On this special day, we are honored to welcome esteemed representatives from renowned universities around the world. This event provides an excellent platform for you to showcase your institution’s unique features and advantages, and to interact closely with our students and their parents. It is an invaluable opportunity to help them gain in-depth insights and make informed decisions about their future education.

We believe that your participation will greatly enrich the experience of our students and parents, and will contribute to the success of this educational fair. Your presence will not only enhance the visibility of your institution but also provide a meaningful exchange of information and ideas.

University/Company Registration:

• Email Registration: University/company representatives please complete registration by September 30, 2024.
• Required Information: Provide detailed information about the university/company, program advantages, names, titles, contact details, and the number of participants attending.

Event Day Schedule:

On-Site Check-In (8:30-8:50 AM):

• Check-In for Partners/University/Company Representatives:
• Check-In Time: Partners/universities/company representatives please check in at the designated university representative check-in area between 8:30 and 8:50 AM.
• Booth Setup: Partners/universities/company representatives please complete your booth setup between 8:30 and 8:50 AM.

University Fair (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM):

• Location: Sunshine Corridor (tentative)
• Participants: BC students and parents (9:30 – 10:30 AM)
• Participants: Grade 9, A-Level students, and parents (10:30 – 11:30 AM)
• Students will visit university booths, interact with representatives, and learn about programs, admission information, and scholarships.

Opening Remarks (9:30 – 9:45 AM):

• Location: Auditorium 605 (tentative)
• The Principal and senior management will deliver welcome speeches and briefly introduce the attending universities, companies, and government guests.

1^st Panel Discussion (9:45 – 10:30 AM):

• Location: Auditorium 605 (tentative)
• Participants: Selected representatives will engage in a panel discussion with the BC Principal and A-Level Principal, followed by a Q&A session.

2^nd Panel Discussion (10:45 – 11:30 AM):

• Participants: Selected representatives will engage in a panel discussion, followed by a Q&A session.

2. How to Adapt to Life While Studying Abroad?

Media Interviews (11:30 AM – 12:15 PM):

• Location: On campus (tentative)
• Sino-Canada School’s official media will conduct interviews with the exhibitors.

Tea Break (12:15 – 1:00 PM):

• Refreshments will be provided in the designated tea break area for partners, university, government, and company representatives.

Closing Session (1:00 – 1:30 PM):

• Location: To be confirmed
• Sino-Canada School Education Fair staff will take group photos with partners, university, government, and company representatives.
