BCCIE Coordination of the BC Zone within the Canada Pavilion at EAIE 2025
BCCIE is pleased to coordinate the British Columbia booth within the Canada Pavilion at the EAIE Conference, taking place in Gothenburg, Sweden, from September 9 to 12, 2025. This dedicated space offers representatives from BC institutions a convenient and professional setting to engage with international delegates and foster meaningful partnerships.
Eligibility
Meeting times in the BC Zone must be booked in advance and are available to representatives registered for the full EAIE conference. Your institution, school, or district must also be eligible to use the EduCanada brand.
Important Details
Meeting time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis through Calendly, our online scheduling platform. Please review the guidelines below:
- Time slots: 30-minute meetings available during EAIE Exhibit Hall hours, September 10–12, 2025
- Maximum: Each participating institution, school, or district may book up to five (5) time slots by Friday, August 29, 2025
- Before August 29: BCCIE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any bookings beyond the five-slot limit
- After August 29: You may book additional available time slots on a rolling basis
- Multiple representatives: If your institution is sending more than one representative, please coordinate internally to avoid duplicate bookings
- Courtesy reminder: Please finalize all bookings by Friday, August 29, 2025 to ensure fair access to all institutions
- Availability: If a time slot does not appear in Calendly, it has already been booked
- Changes: To reschedule or cancel a meeting, please do so directly via Calendly
How to Sign Up
- Step 1: Visit the Calendly link provided
- Step 2: Select your preferred date
- Step 3: Choose your desired time slot and click “Confirm”
- Step 4: Enter your name, email, institution, and position, then click “Schedule Event”
- Step 5: You’re booked! You may also add the event to your calendar
Note: Repeat the process for each time slot you wish to book.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email from BCCIE (via Calendly) for each scheduled time slot. The email includes options to add the meeting to your calendar, as well as a link to reschedule or cancel if needed.
