Alfredo Moros Returns to BCCIE
BCCIE is excited to announce that Mr Alfredo Moros has returned to BCCIE and stepped into the role of Director, External Relations. From 2016 to 2018, Alfredo led BCCIE’s Events and Programming portfolio, making a significant impact on sector-wide engagement. We are thrilled to welcome him back!
Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Alfredo has called Canada home for over 15 years. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, he has dedicated his career to advancing international education, holding key roles at institutions such as UBC, Simon Fraser University, and Seneca Polytechnic. His experience spans both public and private sectors, most recently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives & Operations at The Wharton Group, where he supported Canadian and Australian education providers in their global recruitment efforts.
Welcoming Alfredo also means bidding farewell to Elizabeth Brin, who has dedicated the past 12 years to BCCIE in various roles, from Coordinator, Initiatives and Programs to Director. Elizabeth has been a driving force behind BCCIE’s success, helping the organization adapt to and support the evolving needs of BC’s International Education sector.
