Study in Canada Fair – Japan, Spring 2025

We are pleased to invite Canadian institutions to participate in our Spring 2025 Study in Canada Fair for Japan. Keibunsha will host a one-day fair in Tokyo on March 20 and in Osaka on March 23. This event is officially supported by the Embassy of Canada to Japan, and the Embassy will join both events in Tokyo and Osaka.

Event Schedule

• March 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025: institution information on the campaign website*We will create a detailed information page for each participating institution and make it available on the campaign website (https://www.canada-ryugaku-fair.com/) for 7 months.
• March 20, 2025: Study in Canada Fair in Tokyo
• March 23, 2025: Study in Canada Fair in Osaka

Institution information on the campaign website

• Canadian institutions will be requested to provide detailed information through the template we prepare.
• We recommend that you include a presentation video in your page (instructions on how to record your presentation video will be provided).
• We will add Japanese subtitles to English presentation videos at cost and the video with Japanese subtitles will be provided to the institution.

Tokyo event on March 20, 2025 (Thursday; public holiday)

• 9:30 – 10:15    Briefing by the Embassy
• 10:15 – 11:00     Booth set-up
• 11:00 – 16:00     B2C fair
• 16:00 – 17:30  B2B fair
• 17:30 – 19:00     Networking reception with Japanese agents and institutions

Venue: Akasaka Intercity Conference Center in Akasaka, Tokyo

*There will be no separate B2B meetings hosted by the Embassy of Canada to Japan. The Embassy will hold a seminar for Japanese agents and institutions prior to the B2B fair at the same venue.

Osaka event on March 23, 2025 (Sunday)

• 11:00 – 12:00     Booth set-up
• 12:00 – 16:00  B2C fair

Venue: Umeda Center Building in Umeda, Osaka

*The Embassy will hold a seminar for Japanese agents and institutions prior to the B2C fair at the same venue. They are also invited to join the B2C fair after the seminar.

 Prices:

• We do not offer an option for the Osaka fair only.
• Institutions who participated in the fall 2024 fair will receive a discount of JPY 50,000.
• JPY 450,000 – Tokyo & Osaka fairs
• JPY 250,000 – Tokyo fair only
• Optional Japanese subtitles for presentation video (up to 15 minutes): JPY 50,000
• Arranging an interpreter for the B2C Fair: JPY 15,000 per day

There are 60 places available in Tokyo and 40 places in Osaka. Your registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Eligibility for participation

• Educational institutions based in Canada
• Offshore educational institutions that offer accredited Canadian qualifications

* If a Canadian educational institution or school board designates an agent to participate on its behalf, registration must be completed by the Canadian educational institution itself.
