Praxis Transformational Leadership Program

Facing new challenges in your leadership journey? The Praxis Institute’s Transformational Leadership Program empowers leaders to drive positive change in a world filled with escalating complex challenges. Anchored in a framework for transformational change across self, organization, and system levels, the program cultivates a community of practice where participants reflect, connect, and equip themselves and build momentum towards impactful action. Through a series of six online modules, the program supports a peer-learning process that develops capacities for integrating personal change, with collective and systems change in order to work with complex social and sustainability challenges. The program attracts existing and emerging leaders who want to amplify their leadership practice and are seeking a supportive community of peers to join them in the process.
