Webinar | A Conversation About Intercultural and International Education’s Current and Future Direction
Join BCCIE for the first webinar of our intercultural series: Intercultural Intersections in International Education: Reflective Practices through Dialogue.
In this session, Kyra Garson, in conversation with Todd Odgers, will discuss the trends and directions of intercultural learning in BC and beyond. Participants can expect to hear about trends and frameworks that are informing the field, reflections on the impact of global crises and national mandates on emerging approaches to intercultural leaning, and considerations for how we as international educators might take small or large steps to transforming intercultural work in BC.
Prior to attending these webinars, we suggest participants review our Foundation Modules to ensure we have a common foundation of intercultural understanding to build from, disrupt, and question.
