Edu-Canada Pavilion at Nuit Boréale and Open Door Event
For the third year in a row, the Canadian Cultural Centre at the Embassy of Canada will participate in the French Fête de la Musique with its very own Nuit Boréale on June 21st, 2014 (www.nuitboreale.org/english/). At 6:00 pm, a VIP reception will be held for participants and Embassy contacts, and then the longest day of the year will be celebrated outside, on the Esplanade des Invalides, where the Centre is situated, with a series of concerts by young emerging Canadian artists.
June 23rd & 24th: Two-Day Open Doors Event: “Study in Canada”
On June 23rd and 24th, the Canadian Cultural Centre will host two full days devoted to student recruitment, presentations, and B2B sessions for post-secondary institutions and language schools. Exhibitors will be expected at 10:00am to install their stand and visitors will be invited to attend from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Institutions are invited to make a presentation on their schools and programs of study. Please send us your PPT presentation and your preferred time slot. Presentations will be scheduled for 20 minutes with a 10 minute question period.
Please also advise if a researcher from your institution will be in France during Canada Week (June 21 to 27) and interested in presenting their work at the Canadian Cultural Centre in Paris.
Space is limited and will be allocated in order to ensure balanced institutional and regional representation.
