Recruiting and Retention in Eastern Europe: Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan
Join us for this engaging seminar as we explore strategies on recruiting and retention of students from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
In the recent years many language schools, secondary and post-secondary institutions have observed a growing number of students coming from the emerging economies of the former USSR states, mostly from Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. Similarly to other international students in Canada, these students face many challenges some of which are unique and require certain strategies to overcome them.
