Team BC China Mission
Target Audience: K-12 schools and districts, EQA-designated post-secondary institutions and language schools
Introduction
In support of BC’s International Education Strategy, BCCIE will help coordinate a Team BC China Mission during and on the margins of Canada’s newly branded Pavilions at various locales during the China Education Expo (CEE) 2016 from October 22–30, 2016. BC schools and institutions, attending the fairs and/or present in market will additionally benefit from BCCIE value-add events and initiatives in a number of cities and jurisdictions.
The Canada Pavilion this October will be donning a refreshed design under the new EduCanada brand. Launched by the Government of Canada in February, the EduCanada brand is an effort to promote Canada as a global leader in quality education and the destination of choice for students, researchers, innovators and entrepreneurs seeking a world of possibilities. The Canada Pavilion at the CEE 2016 will be the first occasion in China where the refreshed EduCanada brand will be introduced to the Chinese public. With support from the Provincial Government and the BC Ministry of International Trade, BCCIE will be coordinating BC-branded presence in the Canada Pavilions in addition to offering a range of value-added events for our BC colleagues in International Education.
