EQA Welcomes Languages Canada! – EQA Information Sessions

The British Columbia Council for International Education (BCCIE) is very pleased that the Languages Canada accreditation system is a newly recognized means of eligibility for the provincial Education Quality Assurance (EQA) Designation. BCCIE would like to take this opportunity to formally welcome and invite all BC private language training institutions with Languages Canada accreditation to attend one of three upcoming EQA Information Sessions being hosted in Vancouver and Victoria (details below).  All interested staff from Languages Canada BC members are welcome to attend.

The Information Sessions will provide an opportunity for institutions to learn more about the EQA Designation, ask questions to EQA staff, and discover the benefits of involvement in BCCIE’s stakeholder community. EQA is a voluntary designation that offers an assurance of both quality instruction and consumer protection to domestic and international students studying in BC. It applies coherence in standards and processes of accreditation to foster the highest quality of professional post-secondary education in British Columbia, a standard recognized across the globe.
